Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to any product, at any particular time, or at any particular price. We may contact you about the products you expressed interest in.

- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Do not scrape, copy, or reuse the content or branding without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The AryonX name, logo, the eye mark, product names (Aryon, Aryon Gamer, Hardex), copy, and design are the property of AryonX / MePlay, Inc. You may not use them without written permission.
5. Third-party names
Product and company names referenced on the site (for example platforms Hardex scans, or games Aryon Gamer supports) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AryonX will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
